| 365B.1. Every structure or portion of a structure to be evaluated for structural capacity under this code shall be surveyed for structural conditions by an architect or engineer knowledgeable in historical structures. The survey shall document deterioration or signs of distress. The survey shall determine the details of the structural framing and the system for resistance of gravity and lateral loads. Details, reinforcement and anchorage of structural systems and veneers shall be determined and documented. | |
