Minimum Standards for Existing Buildings

MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS are a provision of the Uniform Building Code for Building Conservation (UCBC) which is invoked in the "10% rule" exempting change of use. For a building to qualify as exempt from change of use, it must meet these minimum standards.
